What data is processed and why

This website has no user accounts and does not store what you type in the form. The form only prepares an email in your own email application. If you decide to send it, I will receive the data you included (name, email, company and message) and use it to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the message and, if you ask for a proposal, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable legal obligations. If there is no further relationship, messages are deleted.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, unless required by law. The email provider used by the owner acts as a data processor.

Cookies and external resources

This website does not use cookies, has no analytics and does not load third-party fonts, scripts or images. The hosting provider may log technical connection data, such as the IP address, for security and service operation.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to contacto.perimetra@protonmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
